1. Who we are
OneBeat is a trading name and product being developed by Electric Arc Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13226036. Electric Arc Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information provided when you contact us or apply to become a founding installer, including your name, business name, work contact details, role and answers submitted. We may also collect correspondence and information shared during research or pilot discussions, plus basic technical and usage information made available through Framer’s hosting and analytics services, such as pages viewed, device or browser type and approximate location. No homeowner installation records or operational energy data are collected through this public website unless this is separately and explicitly agreed as part of a future pilot.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess and manage founding-installer interest, conduct product discovery and research, improve the website and OneBeat proposition, maintain security and comply with legal obligations. OneBeat does not sell personal information.
4. Lawful bases
Depending on the context, we rely on legitimate interests for operating the website, developing OneBeat and communicating with relevant business contacts; steps taken at your request before entering a contract; consent where specifically requested; and legal obligation where applicable.
5. Forms and service providers
The founding-installer application opens a form operated by Tally. Information submitted there is processed using Tally’s service and provided to Electric Arc Ltd. Framer hosts this website and may provide privacy-conscious site analytics. Email providers process correspondence. LinkedIn processes information when you follow or interact with our LinkedIn link. Please review those providers’ privacy information for more detail.
6. Sharing information
Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, forms, email, professional advice and technical operations; with authorities where required by law; and during a legitimate business restructuring. It is not shared with renewable installers or other third parties for their own direct marketing without permission.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required under UK data protection law, appropriate safeguards are relied upon.
8. Retention
Enquiry and research records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of claims. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
UK data protection rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. Rights may depend on the circumstances. To make a request, contact chris.gray@onebeat.energy.
10. Cookies
The website may use essential technologies required for operation and limited analytics provided by Framer. This notice will be updated and consent controls introduced if non-essential advertising or tracking technologies are added.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as OneBeat develops. The latest version will appear on this page with the revised date.
